Stickiness can occur if humidity is too high.

The wood flooring has excellent moisture control performance. Therefore, if the air humidity is high, the wood absorbs it and the humidity decreases.

However, if humidity is too high, wood cannot absorb moisture any longer therefore the flooring can become little bit sticky.

In case of the house with air conditioner or wood materials, which can control humidity, humidity can be lower than other general houses even with the same humidity therefore the flooring can be less sticky.
