* Too high floor temperature can cause fatal problem on laminate flooring.
The nighttime boiler must maintain the heating from nighttime until the next day therefore the temperature can increase to 60℃.
Laminate flooring is made of natural wood material and if it is exposed to high temperature over 35℃ for a long time, excessive contraction, distortion and deformation on joint part can occur due to the characteristics of natural wood material.
In case of electric film, the aforementioned phenomenon can occur due to the high temperature caused by heat line as the nighttime boiler.
Further, the temperature can increase intensively on certain part of the electric film, fatal problem can occur on the laminate flooring.
If installed on electric film, mortar (4cm or over) needs to be put on the film or separate plate (mineral material 6t or over) needs to be installed then the laminate flooring needs to be installed.
If installation is conducted without complying with the aforementioned standard specification, contract and agreement need to be prepared with the client company according to this agenda.
An agreement that the client company will be responsible for the defects in the future needs to be prepared in advance before installation.
