• Product Inquiry Flooring - What are the merits of laminate flooring?

  The biggest merit is strong surface. The wearing reinforced component, which has been processed through special treatment, is the raw material of abradant therefore it is not damaged even by relatively large impact.

  This has been recognized by the contractor who have experience in construction of other floorings. Installation is easy even with offset on the floor through the suspension-type construction. Maintenance is easier than adhesive type.

  Further, it is safe from fire. (certified by disaster prevention institute)

  For plywood flooring, international supply of plywood and veneer is not smooth therefore problems can occur in price deviation and supply.

  It is not easily stained between wood-grain therefore cleaning is easy. 

  Plywood needs to be repainted after polishing for several times wood-grain. However, the grain is alive rough therefore stain is accumulated and bacteria is generated and live in the space.

  The flooring is semi-permanent depending on the usage but the average life will be 10 years.

• Product Inquiry Flooring - Why is flooring size different from plywood flooring?

  Initially, plywood flooring has been developed by using the leftover pieces after plywood processing therefore small size has been settled and we’re already accustomed to it therefore the shape looks good too. For reference, 75×900mm is the most common size. In case of laminate flooring, the size of plate can be adjusted freely therefore such problem does not occur and construction efficiency is excellent.

  The size is 190×1200mm. If this is applied for solid wood, relatively large pole will be required. 

• Product Inquiry Flooring - How is the inventory relation?
  All raw materials are not imported but produced in domestic factory therefore the inventory is maintained at an appropriate level all the time therefore the required amount can be supplied to the place requested by our customers all the time. In case of imported laminated flooring and plywood flooring, the majority of them are imported therefore it is difficult for the company to maintain the inventory. If too much inventory is secured, the problems of fund and warehousing occur therefore the inventory is maintained at small level.
  In case of inventory shortage, it will take months even if order is made therefore no customers will accept such situation.
• Product Inquiry Flooring - Flooring is sticky. Why is that?

  Stickiness can occur if humidity is too high.

  The wood flooring has excellent moisture control performance. Therefore, if the air humidity is high, the wood absorbs it and the humidity decreases.

  However, if humidity is too high, wood cannot absorb moisture any longer therefore the flooring can become little bit sticky.

  In case of the house with air conditioner or wood materials, which can control humidity, humidity can be lower than other general houses even with the same humidity therefore the flooring can be less sticky.

• Product Inquiry Flooring - Isn’t is harmful for body?
  Not at all. The resin used on flooring is the raw material which is used for baby’s cup.
